Fred & Pauline Lehnertz Scholarship

The Lehnertz Scholarship Foundation was established by Fred and Pauline Lehnertz of Naubinway. Some may remember Fred’s repair shop in Naubinway where the current DNR building is. Fred was instrumental in the development of the Naubinway Marina and started the Big Mack Pack snowmobile club in the early 1960s. Not only were the Lehnert’s two of the nicest people one would ever have the privilege of meeting, but they were deeply committed to supporting the community and students of Engadine.  Their Foundation serves as a testament to that commitment.

• Been accepted to an accredited college, university, or trade school
• Be willing to have a personal interview at the request of the Trustees
